Toms River, NJ 3/7/08 – Terry Weber of Originals By Weber,
Toms River, NJ announces immediate availability of a
radical new low cost way to extend the useful life of the
sleep masks and blindfolds many light-sensitive people wear
to bed almost every night. Most masks are worn to enhance
sleep by keeping out bothersome lights that can disturb or
prevent sound sleep. But with constant use, those masks
become worn and soiled. Now, there is a new low cost way
to recycle those masks and make them last much longer while
at the same time providing greater comfort and better light
blocking benefits for the sleep mask wearers. The new Weber
Washable Sleep Mask Liner can be easily fastened on the
inside of any sleep mask (blindfold). The purpose of the
Liner is to provide a washable and easily removable surface
that is easy to install as a buffer between the back of the
mask and the skin of the wearer. In use it also provides an
extra layer of soft cushioning so the mask is more
comfortable to wear. The addition of the replaceable Weber
Liner also greatly extends the useful life of the fairly
expensive basic mask. Instead of replacing the entire
sleep mask, the user simply recycles it by attaching one of
the relatively low cost Weber Liners.

When asked why he invented the Weber Washable Sleep Mask
Liners, Weber said: “I have worn a sleep mask most of my
adult life because un-blocked lights have always disturbed
my sleep. I found that when I wear a sleep mask every
night, after awhile, the mask gets quite dirty from the
oils on my skin. So it became obvious to me that I needed
something between my skin and the mask to avoid soiling the
mask. That is when I came up with the idea of the washable
sleep mask liner to solve the problem.”

The design of the Weber Liner includes two rather large cut
out circular holes directly in front of the wearer’s eyes.
Studies show that many people open, close and blink their
eyes while sleeping. These 1-3/4” diameter cut outs are put
there to allow that kind of eyelid movement to take place
with very little or no uncomfortable hindrance or
obstruction that could disturb the wearer’s sleep.

Weber Washable Sleep Mask Liners are available for
immediate shipment. There are ten (10) liners in each
package. Price of ten Liners (WWL-10) is $10.95 (Plus
$2.00 s/h). Included in the package are: 10 Liners, Velcro
fasteners and complete instructions for use. The Washable
felt Liners are designed as “one size fits all” and the
size of a Liner is: 8” long by 3” wide. Color is light
gray. For more information write to: Originals by Weber,
