 Same as Model BP-1, but this file is made of White Corrugated board and it is stored and shipped flat and you can set it up in less than one minute. It is 12" long, so it can hold more inserts. For all the details of what you get with this file look at Model # BP-1 (as they are the same).
SECURITY NOTE: As always you need to take care to keep your UN and PW information private. Make your notes for PW & UN in a code that only you will understand: Example - your UN & PW can be: your pet's name, your mother's maiden name, address of your first house, make of your first car, etc. My mother's maiden name was MacKannan so that could be my UN or PW. The address of my first house was 224madison. I believe I can record those "hints" or some variables of them in my UN-Organizer file and no other person could ever figure out what my UN or PW is from reading my files.
EXAMPLE: Here's (an imaginary) way I could write my UN: make of my first car. My PW: my favorite place. Thus a thief would not be able to figure out either my UN nor my PW. Note: I write with a pencil, because it is a good idea to change the UN and PW from time to time.
BENEFIT:You no longer have to memorize all of those details for the hundreds of websites you may vist - just let the Weber UN-Organizer File system "remember" them for you!
In addition, obviously, the file will sit on a desktop most of the time when in use. But, anytime you leave, the file could be put (for example) in a desk drawer - out of sight - and if you are gone for an extended time, the desk drawer could be locked. However, I think the "security code" I mentioned above will deter theft and make your private information so secure that only you will be able to decipher your codes for your UN and PW. In that way the Weber UN-Organizer File System would be useless to anyone but you, so it could be left on your desk at all times with no risk.
