WHY OUR RV IS FOR SALE: Soon after retirement (1997) the Lord told us we should use our social talents and practical handyman abilities to become Habitat For Humanity Care-A-vanner volunteers. We did this volunteer work during a period of about 9 years. Each build lasted 2 weeks where we worked as team leaders or members with other RV volunteers who were like-minded to "give something back".
Time flies when you are having fun! Now, we are in our 80's, wife's poor health (PaceMaker, etc.) and high gasoline prices make use of the RV for any more Habitat volunteering impossible for us. Therefore: our problem - can be your opportunity... to have some great times as RVers!
Vehicle Condition: Good, well maintained. CSP (Continued Service Plan) Insurance is included. Covers many interior appliances, leveling system, and more. A new owner can "take over" this valuable and useful coverage. CSP is a big benefit when buying any used RV.
Miles on Odometer: 51,308 (When be bought it, there were about 4,000 miles on the odometer)
Sleeps: 6 -1 double bed in rear, couch folds to become bed, kitchen table lowers to become bed.
SLIDE-OUT: Electric, on driver's side. Makes living room much larger. Slide-out extends about 18" out to left side when opened.
KITCHEN: Stove top (4 burners), oven below, Microwave above, sink, refrigerator with freezer above.
BATHROOM: toilet, wash stand and sink, shower (opposite) with curtain.
STORAGE: Many closets in living area and kitchen. Large closets with hangers in bedroom area. Also exterior storage on both sides under floor (outside).
TV: One in living area in center above windshield, another (smaller) in bedroom area.
GENERATOR: 110V gasoline fueled ONAN.
HEATER: Built in area hot air heater under sink in kitchen.
AIR CONDITIONER UNIT; located on rooftop. Plus engine A/C when running.
Additional Options: Microwave, TV (2), Radio, VCR,
EXTERNAL GENERATOR: Onan, under floor, 110V gasoline fueled.

Fuel: Regular Gasoline 75 gal. tank.
Transmission Automatic: New, rebuilt transmission installed in 2007
Transmission Cooling: A new cooling fan installed in 2007
Batteries: New, batteries: (3) in 2007
Ownership: Bought from local Fleetwood RV dealer. We are second owners.
Tires: 7-Michelin almost new, low miles on them.
Color: Tan with rubberized roof and colorfully designed stripes and swirls.
Engine: Chevrolet 8cyl.- 454, with FUEL injection.
Engine Oil: Always used Synthetic oil which upped the MPG to 9-10 mpg.
MPG depends on city or highway travel conditions. Average is 9 MPG
Accidents: None
Interior: Good condition some minor wear of fabric.
DRIVING: Very easy to handle both highway and city.
TOWING: We always towed our Saturn (Our:"Toad") behind. Never a problem.
